A full day full of Gastronomic collaborations with Estrella Damm

For the first time, Estrella Damm will unite 3 incredible chefs in the same room to bring an amazing gastronomic menu to Manchester.

Join us on Wednesday for some delicious Special Tastets at our Bar Area or come to our very special 10 Course Dinner:

• From 12:00 till 16:00 our Executive Chef Paco Pérez and Liz Cottam from Home in Leeds will be together in our Bar Area cooking some delicious special tastets for a really casual experience paired with Estrella Damm. The menu available will be: Tast Bar – Chef Sessions with Estrella Damm
• In the evening, at 19:30, Our Executive Chef Paco Pérez will be joined by Lizz Cottam from Home in Leeds and Paul Askew from The Art School in Liverpool with a menu a special menu that will take you on a journey through Catalan and English Cuisine, all well paired with a freshly poured Estrella Damm!
