Fine Dining Gastronomic Experience at Tast
At Tast we’re delighted to announce the launch of our new gastronomic experience in Enxaneta.
Enxaneta takes its name from the person that culminates the Castells, the Human Towers of Catalonia. For us it represents the culmination of our culinary experience.
Welcome to Enxaneta, our top floor
Coming to Enxaneta means coming for a gastronomic experience with our two exclusive menus. With them, we want to take you on a culinary adventure across Catalonia, on a journey through the senses. With premium food pairings in a warm, welcoming environment, you’ll feel right at Paco’s home.
Our Executive Chef Paco Pérez has created two wonderful tasting menus that will take you to reminisce Catalonia’s best flavours and scents from the city to the forests, from the sea to the mountains. These will always be influenced by the time of year in order to use seasonal and fresh products.
The names of our two menus take inspiration from the way Catalans count and name the different shapes of Castells.

Our guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy this gastronomic experience together with the best Catalan wines carefully selected by our experts.
Opening dates, hours & reservations
Please note a £50 deposit per person is to be paid within 7 days after the reservation has been made.
Reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
Enxaneta will open from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner service from 6pm to 9pm.
Ever since we first opened our doors we’ve been working tirelessly towards this project, that of opening a separate fine dining experience within our restaurant. The right moment to do so has arrived and Enxaneta, with its own separate teams, decor and kitchen, is opening.
This is a very special moment for us. After months of hard work, we’re proud to bring the city of Manchester and beyond this unique culinary experience, which we hope our guests will enjoy greatly.
