Some of our Tastets that are cooked using this method include our Braised Leek and 40 days dry aged Sirloin Steak Bone.

Introducing our Menu
Our à la carte Menu features our full range of Tastets and Desserts. The Menu is influenced by the flavours of Catalonia alongside more well known classics. Our classic dishes feature Butifarra which is a traditional Catalan Durroc Pork Sausage and Cod Pil Pil A’ la Llauna, named after how it is prepared; Llauna is a tin can that farmers used to reheat the dish keeping all the flavour.
