Carefully sourced all our ingredients are fresh and the best quality and that includes our methods of cooking. At Tast we use a Charcoal oven to add a unique flavour to our dishes. Some of our Tastets that are cooked using this method include our Seabass ‘El Txiringuito’ and 40 days dry aged Sirloin Steak Bone.
Our Restaurant Menu features our full range of Tastets, Charcoal Dishes, Rice Dishes & Desserts. The Menu is influenced by the flavours of Catalonia alongside more well-known classics. Our traditional dishes feature Butifarra which is a Catalan Duroc Pork Sausage and Catalan Style Rice cooked in our Charcoal Oven.
We are fortunate to have one of the largest collections of Catalonian Wines in Manchester along with a range of international Wines. Our team are knowledgeable and are always happy to recommend a Wine suited to your taste.
